Prayer Requests

·      Please pray for a delicate situation between pastors on our Ecuador Coast District.
·      Pray that the Lord will help us to find the funds that are required for the closing of our Carcelén School in Quito.  Because of a change in government policy on education, over a third of our students changed to public schools making our private school financially impossible.
·      Update on Del Wright:  Del has undergone more medical testing to determine the type and cause for the infection in his shoulder.  No results as of yet.  The shoulder continues to have a low-grade fever, which is a mystery to the doctors.  The family appreciates your continued prayers.

Praise

·      In Ecuador we enjoyed a weeklong visit of the Louie Bustle family (Director of Global Missions).  Dr. Bustle preached in our Quito Central church and also to our Seminary students in their chapel service.  God touched many hearts and there were dozens of seekers for sanctification in both services.
·      We praise God for a good bi-monthly meeting of our national leadership team in Ecuador.  The meeting was held in Riobamba.
·      We thank the Lord that the second floor, concrete roof was poured on the Ecuador Sierra Centro (Riobamba) District Center on Thursday.  A W&W team from Pasadena, TX, worked alongside people from local churches to get the job done.

Prayer Requests

·      Lift up in prayer Carolyn Rich and her family as her father's brother passed away this week.  We praise the Lord that he accepted Christ two weeks before he died.
·      We are requesting prayer for a delicate situation on the Ecuador Coast District.  On Tuesday the District Advisory Board will be dealing with two ministers that are creating problems.  Pray for wisdom and grace for the board, the DS, and Dwight Rich as they meet with these two men.
·      A few weeks ago we began praying for Del Wright, the son of Al & Diane Wright (volunteers to Ecuador).  He continues to have a low-grade infection in his shoulder and will remain on antibiotics for a while.  If the infection suddenly turns aggressive, he could still lose his arm.  In addition, he and his doctor are in the process of re-justifying his workman’s comp.  The Wright family appreciates your prayers.
