Praise
· We praise God for our Spiritual Emphasis week at the Seminary. Rev. Grisel Blaya, Rector of the Nazarene Seminary in Cuba, was our speaker. The students sought spiritual renewal and a fresh encounter with the Holy Spirit.
· This week we received good reports from people that we’ve been praying for recently:
· From the Meza family regarding Clara’s father who recently suffered an embolism: He is home and is recovering after spending several days in Intensive Care. Thank you for your prayers.
· From Al Wright regarding his son, Del, and his sister, Anita: Del’s doctor is hopeful that amputation will not happen. The infection has apparently been with him for quite some time, possibly a virus. Del expressed extreme thankfulness for all of the prayers of the NAF partners. He admits that prayer has been the answer, and he is a lot less negative about his future. Also, Anita had her first radiation treatment today. Her prognosis is very good. Thank you for your continuing prayer for both of them.
· From Greg Hall regarding his father who is recovering from a stroke: He is getting around with a walker and wheel chair. Mentally, he is fine.
· From Rev. James Higginbotham: Thanks so much for your prayers. Surgeons were successful in removing all the cancer tissue, a kidney, and as a side result, I lost my spleen. I have gotten great reports so far. PTL!! God Bless.
Prayer Requests
