Praise
· We praise the Lord for the National NYI Congress this past weekend. 60 young people gathered to be inspired and trained on how to reach "urban tribes." These are some of the many cultures that are found around the world today among young people—youth who are often ignored and not reached with the gospel message.
New Prayer Requests
· Please pray for the Ladies Ministry meeting taking place this weekend on the Seminary campus. Around 140 ladies have gathered together for Friday and all-day Saturday. It is part of our new Disciples in Ministry program where women are being trained to minister to women.
· Please pray for Rev. Hernán Puga as he returns to Ecuador from Venezuela. He has preached at two of our Venezuela camps during the past two weeks for adolescents and the family camp.
· Please pray for Rev. Jean David Larochelle as he will travel from Ecuador to Venezuela on Monday to preach at the Venezuelan Youth Camp next week. Jean David has been sick this week and we want to pray for God's touch upon him physically and then as he ministers to our youth in Venezuela.
Continued Prayer Requests
· The Fernando Almeida family as they plan to move to Ecuador to serve at the Seminary. They hope to arrive in Quito during the second week of September.
· Pray for Jon & Shirley Fischer as they travel on furlough.
