Praises
· Partner Virginia reports that her thyroid biopsy came back benign. She thanks everyone for prayers on her behalf.

· Missionary Jennifer Baker also wants to thank everyone for prayers and emails of encouragement as she continues to heal from her injuries. Surgery on her rotator cuff is still scheduled for June 1st.

New Prayer Requests
· We are trying to raise a few Work and Witness teams immediately to complete a project in Cali, Colombia, before November. Please pray that God will send us the right groups for this project.

· Please lift up in prayer the Jesus Film ministry team coming to work in Ecuador, 5/18-28. In addition, pray for the safe arrival of the equipment they are bringing with them.

Continued Prayer Requests
· Update on Point Loma student team currently working in Venezuela: “The team arrived safely and we are now in Punta de Mata. The team is ministering at a sports court doing a variety of things, and they invited people to a Jesus Film showing. Please continue to pray for God’s direction as we minister in several areas of Punta de Mata this week and for an outpouring of his Spirit on this church as they seek to build His kingdom.”
· Craig Zickefoose during his current medical leave.
· The leadership in Venezuela during the absence of missionary staff.
· Fischer family while on Home Assignment, 5/1-8/13, and for their daughter, Michelle, as she transitions to MANU in the fall.
· Dwight and Carolyn Rich while on Home Assignment, 5/1-6/15.
· The Zickefooses’ daughters, Brianna and Andrea, who are both expecting babies this year.
· The leadership and future students of NILI (Nazarene International Language Institute) being developed on our Seminary campus in Quito, Ecuador.
· The leadership of our Venezuelan pastors and for the funding of national ministries.
· The leadership throughout Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela as they seek to do God’s will.
