Praises

We praise God for the way he has answered our prayers for Candace Howard (age 8). Candace has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Currently she is taking medicine to control her thyroid and to diminish the growths in her neck. Her parents are also consulting a U.S. doctor (that works with World Mission employees) for a second opinion. Candace also has asthma, so continue to keep her in your prayers as she deals with these different symptoms.

Hannah Baker (age 8) is almost completely well after suffering from the herpes virus that attacked her nerve endings and caused lesions to grow on her arms. The doctors believe that she will not have any long-term effects. We praise God!

We praise God for the Mission Corps missionaries now serving in Quito: the Baker family and Ginger Wood. An introduction to these missionaries are found in a earlier posting (below).
